Rebecca J. Proctor, Esq.

Rebecca J. Proctor is the sole shareholder of the law firm of PROCTOR ELDER LAW, P.A. Her office is located at the Wildewood Professional Park, 3639 Cortez Road W, Suite 108, in Bradenton, Florida. Rebecca received her Law Degree at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale Florida in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction at Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida in 1998.

Rebecca’s area of practice essentially includes the following: Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Wills and Trusts, Trust Administration, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, Corporate and Business Matters, and Medicaid and Long-Term Care Planning.

  • Past Board Member and Advisory Board Member of the Children’s Guardian Fund, Inc. which works with and provides funds to Children in need and represented by the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program
